Samaritan Court is a WWHFH neighborhood of 10 homes that was completed in 1998. We reacquired one of the homes and refurbished and adapted it to be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for the Gonzales Family.
Habitat for Humanity’s Home Builders Blitz was a nationwide effort that joined Habitat for Humanity affiliates and 1,000 professional homebuilders to provide houses for those in need. During the week of June 5, 2006, these builder teams constructed more than 400 Habitat homes in more than 130 communities throughout the United States.
We are truly grateful to the wonderful build teams who donated their time, financial resources, energy and enthusiasm toward this incredible Builders Blitz event.

Named in honor of the Beaverton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 1999, Leadership Row is home to 5 families (7 adults and 10 children). It is our first-ever Habitat project within the Beaverton City Limits.
The land for this development was donated by the City of Beaverton with the help and perseverance of the Leadership Class of 1999. Many thanks to Mayor Rob Drake and his staff for their stewardship of this valuable land donation.
The final home was completed in April 2006. SW Metz St. Beaverton, OR 97008
The Cornerstone Condominiums are comprised of two triplexes housing six families.
Millenium Square has four homes in Hillsboro.
Land for the first four homes at Samaritan court was donated by local Habitat supporters Tony and Liz Jeffery. When more land adjacent to the development became available, six more homes were built. Ten families in total call Samaritan Court home. SW Samaritan Ct. Beaverton, OR 97006
Both the land and infrastructure for our first two homes were donated. The families who purchased the homes still live there and continue to contribute to future Habitat homes through their mortgage payments.
